Libby Kay - The Arrowtown Hair Experience

Located in beautiful Arrowtown, just a 45-min drive from my Wanaka home-town is definitely worth it.

Not only is the salon beautifully decorated with a modern and rustic twist surrounded by plants, the staff are just as beautiful inside and out. 

I am always greeted with big smiles and the offer of a complimentary coffee of my choice from the café next door (The way to my heart is coffee).  

I have naturally auburn hair and I like to add blonde tones to brighten up my look. While I enjoy my coffee and a magazine, the process begins. I love that the salon is entirely environmentally friendly. The use of Paper not Foil and Oway products is another reason why I love to come to this salon. It’s the small things that make all the difference to our planet. 

I usually get a light trim and some shaping around the face and I am good to go. The colour always turns out just the way I hoped, leaving me with a confidence boost to strut like I'm on a catwalk whilst walking back to my car. I love how the colour lasts the months following and the products leave my hair feeling so soft and healthy.
